We are seeking an organized, reliable and experienced Front Office Administrator to join our Pediatric Dental Practice that respects and serves patients with the highest standard of care. The Front Office Administrator will have a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent attendance. Having a CDA or RDA license and pediatric dental chairside experience is a huge plus. We are looking for a Front Office Administrator who has treatment planning and insurance claim experience and is comfortable helping chairside when needed to add to our work family.Our vibrant, friendly and growing practice thrives on providing exceptional customer service and giving a positive attitude. We value our team members and provide a positive work environment with excellent benefits and opportunities to grow. Our work environment includes:●        Modern office setting - high tech digital office●        Safe work environment●        Lively atmosphere ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ●        Administer the practice schedule, develop policies and establish protocols for all aspects of patient scheduling to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Able to schedule to meet goals.●        Administer patient management processes including developing and implementation of new patient experience protocols and reengagement strategies.  ●        Manage patient dental benefit plan information. Verify and update benefit details offering education to patients on their dental benefits.●        Conduct financial consultations with all new and existing patients when new treatment plans are presented.●        Administer patient billing ensuring that claims and pre-authorizations are submitted correctly and timely.●        Oversee all accounts receivable management including over the counter collections preparing statements, follow-up insurance claims, follow-up delinquent accounts and create payment arrangements with patients.●        Posting of insurance checks per Explanation of Benefits distribution.●        Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete, and that patient confidentiality is strictly maintained.●        Adhere to established practice policies, protocols and goals ensuring that the practice is operating accordingly.●        Administer all duties related to properly opening and closing the practice.●        Monitor and track all referral sources of new patients and send the appropriate “thank you.”●        Monitor and track all unaccepted treatment plans and follow up with patients in a timely manner.●        Answer incoming calls to include new patient calls, emergencies, scheduling patient appointments, requesting records, and follow up.●        Maintain front office supplies.●        Maintain and balance petty cash supply.●        Sort, organize and distribute mail.●        Maintain an appropriate office environment (As defined in practice policy).●        Coordinate and attend marketing events to promote the Practice.●        Maintain regular, predictable attendance.●        Help with exams, x-rays, sterilization and chairside assisting as needed.●        Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: ●        3-5 years of front office dental administrative experience.●        CDA/RDA license, x-ray license, sealant certificate and chairside dental experience (a plus!)●        Proficient in Eaglesoft, YAPI, and Microsoft computer software system.●        Proficient in dental records management and dental terminology.●        Excellent communication skills.●        Exceptional organizational and time management skills.●        Ability to multitask and work with interruptions.●        Effectively supervise and lead a team.●        Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and demonstrate a friendly attitude, even while under pressure or when patients are upset.●        Ability to promote the practice and educate patients on the treatment benefits.●        Ability to perform detailed work according to the practice’s established formats and policies.●        Ability to utilize the computer, copier, credit card processing equipment, etc.●        Dental experience preferred.●                      **The above functions and standards for this position are not intended as an inclusive listing of the job’s responsibilities, that other duties may be assigned and that the above duties may be changed or altered at any time without notice. Company Description***REO Consulting is the recruitment partner of the hiring organization.***
