Salary Range: $45,968-$62,400 DOE

What You'll Do
- Plan and lead engaging activities, events, and outings.
- Develop monthly activity calendars that reflect resident interests.
- Complete resident activity assessments and care plans.
- Supervise and support Activity Department staff.
- Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
- Foster a welcoming, person-centered environment where every resident feels valued.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in long-term care activities, recreation, or a related field preferred.
- Activity Director certification or completion of an approved training program preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
