What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Renue Wellness?
Patient Care Coordinator - Front Office & Site Lead
Role Summary
Renue Wellness is seeking a highly organized, compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our newest clinic location. This role is much more than front office — you'll be the face patients see first, and the operational anchor that keeps the site running smoothly day to day.
Because our clinical leadership is primarily offsite, you'll function as the de facto on-site office manager: a trusted, self-sufficient presence who takes ownership of the physical space, patient experience, and daily operations — escalating when needed but solving what you can independently.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage daily patient check-in/check-out and collect co-pays and balances accurately
- Manage scheduling TMS, and Spravato appointments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for established patients at this site
Site Operations & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day site operations in coordination with offsite leadership — you own the environment
- Maintain supply inventory, coordinate vendor deliveries, and flag facility issues proactively
- Ensure the clinic is patient-ready at open and closed down properly each evening
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a medical or behavioral health front office setting
- Comfortable operating independently
- Exceptional interpersonal skills — you communicate with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Highly organized with strong ownership mindset
- Proficiency with standard office software
Why Renue Wellness

If you're the kind of person who takes pride in a well-run office, genuinely cares about the patients you serve, and wants to do work that matters — we'd love to meet you.
