Patient Care Coordinator

Operations-Focused | Full-Time

$16–$20/hour (based on experience)

At UNWIND Chiropractic & Wellness, we help young families navigate their health journeys through gentle, personalized chiropractic care. Our office in Milton, FL specializes in prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness—and we’re growing.

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who will take ownership of patient flow, communication, and internal systems—so our doctors can focus fully on patient care.

This is not a typical front desk receptionist role. This is the heartbeat of our office operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage patient flow throughout the day (check-in, rooming, check-out)
  • Own new patient onboarding through our systems—nothing falls through the cracks
  • Track where every patient is in their care plan (active care, re-exams, wellness transitions)
  • Ensure patients are scheduled correctly and consistently
  • Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and our CRM platform
  • Manage cancellations, reschedules, and follow-up for missed visits
  • Keep task management and patient tracking systems fully up-to-date
  • Upload and organize patient notes into our EHR for doctor sign-off
  • Support recall and reactivation efforts (some automated, some manual)
  • Enforce office policies professionally and with warmth (late arrivals, no-shows, etc.)
  • Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations (supplies, light ordering, deposits)

What You Must Be Strong In

  • Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or high-volume service-based office
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with constant patient flow
  • Strong attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • Confident using technology and juggling multiple systems at once

Preferred Systems Experience (or Similar)

  • ClickUp (or another task/project management system)
  • GoHighLevel (or another CRM platform)
  • Jane (or another EHR/practice management system)
  • Google Workspace

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who wants more than “just a job.” As you grow in this position, there is real opportunity to step into an Operations Lead / Office Manager role, where you would:

  • Help hire and train future front desk and admin team members
  • Take ownership of systems, workflows, and practice performance

Compensation & Benefits
