We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations of our properties, ensuring a positive experience for tenants and maintaining the overall functionality of the premises. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks and tenant relations.

Requirements
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a property management setting
Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property leasing
Familiarity with facilities management practices
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to handle conflict management effectively
Proficiency in filing and organizing documents
Understanding of Fair Housing regulations (preferred)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of single family property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and leases
Support in resolving tenant issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with legal regulations and Fair Housing guidelines
Occasional compensated travel to our Houston office
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
Assist in conducting property inspections and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
