We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to help make a difference in the operations of our Tarrant County Portfolio. Some of the specific duties include: outreach marketing, leasing, make-ready coordination, evictions, resident requests, property inspections, maintaining files, and problem-solving to resolve resident, vendor, and associate issues.
Must be organized and have an outgoing/likable personality, enjoy meeting new people, be able to follow instructions, and be self-motivated.
Spanish Speaking Required
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
