What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Renton CDJR?
We are looking for individuals who are dependable and take pride in showing up consistently. As a Service Advisor in a CDJR / Stellantis environment, strong attendance and reliability are essential to both team success and customer trust. Willingness to learn warranty processes and grow confidence in customer interactions are highly valuable, and we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
We're seeking professionals who value integrity and are comfortable managing their own workload. This includes proactively contacting and updating customers each day and clearly documenting those interactions in our repair order management system, Axcessa.
Professional Service Advisors who enjoy writing detailed service notes and providing customer updates are highly encouraged to apply. Our management team can provide clear expectations, structure, and support around what the role requires and what you can manage. If you love selling service and working alongside a team of Master Technicians, this is the place to be. Our advisors have earned between $120,000 and $235,000 in both 2024 and 2025, and this pay plan has no cap or earning ceiling.
We look forward to meeting you!
