Sales Associate

This role requires strong communication skills, proven follow-through, and the ability to confidently manage both online and in-person customer interactions in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities include handling internet leads, assisting showroom traffic, guiding customers through the sales process, resolving minor concerns professionally, and delivering a seamless experience from first contact to final handshake. Responsibilities:

• Proactively drive appointments and sales opportunities by managing inbound leads and connecting with potential customers through phone, email, and text communication
• Build strong customer relationships by guiding shoppers through every stage of the vehicle buying process with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
• Maintain consistent, high-quality follow-up to deliver a seamless, personalized experience that keeps customers engaged from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
• Assist showroom guests and support in-store traffic while creating a welcoming, solution-focused buying experience
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to exceed customer expectations, appointment goals, and overall dealership performance targets

• 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience strongly encouraged
• Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and creating strong customer experiences
• Professional, confident communicator who can build rapport with all types of customers both online and in person
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Natural problem-solver with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable handling phone, email, text, and CRM-based customer communication daily
• Valid driver’s license required
