As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll be the face of our wireless campaign—building meaningful customer relationships, identifying individual needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll use your product knowledge to clearly communicate value, drive impactful sales, and play a key role in expanding our wireless reach.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Associate:
- Build authentic relationships with customers while introducing the latest wireless products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that create both sales and brand loyalty
- Lead confident, value-driven sales conversations using strong product expertise
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Support Associates to share insights and improve team performance
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by aligning customer needs with the right solutions
What Makes a Great Sales Support Associate:
- At least 1 year of experience in wireless/cellular sales, telecommunications, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Prior experience as a Sales Support Associate is a plus
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in influencing outcomes
