We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Construction Field Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting single-family residential rehab projects across the DFW area. The Construction Field Coordinator supports field operations by handling on-site tasks that keep properties secure, compliant, and ready for work. While the role functions as a runner, it also includes coordinated field responsibilities such as vacancy checks, lock changes, storm-related inspections, and basic property upkeep. This person is the boots-on-the-ground support that responds quickly, handles logistical needs, and ensures properties are maintained according to company standards.

- Conduct vacancy checks and document property condition.
- Replace locks, secure entry points, and ensure properties remain protected.
- Perform property winterization procedures according to established protocols.
- Complete inspections after major weather events, documenting damage and hazards.
- Assist with light labor tasks as directed (debris pickup, small repairs, minor site prep).
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment between properties, vendors, and the office.
- Communicate property issues, delays, or hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Verify work completion on-site and provide photos or reports as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety procedures.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Company vehicle will be provided for work related travel.
- Strong reliability and punctuality—this role depends on consistency.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Basic mechanical or handyman skills (changing locks, minor fixes, etc.).
- Ability to follow detailed procedures (winterization, inspections, vacancy checks).
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for photos, documentation, and navigation.
- Strong communication skills—clear reporting of property conditions and issues.
- High attention to detail when documenting property status, hazards, or damage.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Clean, professional conduct when entering properties or interacting with vendors.
- 3 years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
- Familiarity with residential building components (HVAC shutoffs, water lines, breakers, etc.).
- Experience with light labor or small tool usage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust quickly to emergency or storm-related needs.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
