Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Self-motivated and self-managed individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Computer proficiency is a must, as well as the ability to adapt to property management software (training provided).
• Desire to work in a college student environment, with some college education, military service, or relevant work experience.
• Sales Experience and/or Hospitality Experience: 1 year preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and personal transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work weekends, particularly for move-ins during orientation once every five weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all new and existing users using Appfolio property management software, ensuring efficient operation.
• Oversee the financial performance of units by managing rents and occupancies.
• Foster resident retention, handle transfers, and facilitate lease renewals.
• Manage resident relations by addressing phone calls, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Rentdotlive Company policies and federal/local regulations.
• Supervise the completion of maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Flexible hours (20-40 per week) with a home-based office and occasional travel to colleges based on student housing program needs.
• Interface with school administrators and students during office hours at the college.
• Organize group move-ins every five weeks.
• Supervise Cleaning and Inspection Staff to maintain high-quality living standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
