Part-Time Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Farmington, MI (In-Office to Start → Hybrid Opportunity)
We’re a growing property management company in Farmington looking for a dependable, organized part-time secretary / administrative assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours in a professional, fast-paced environment, with the potential to transition into a hybrid role after training. If you’re someone who likes staying busy, keeping things organized, and being a go to support person, this could be a great fit.
This role will start in-office for training, with the opportunity to move into a hybrid schedule once you’re up to speed.
Schedule:
- 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Data entry and keeping records organized
- Preparing and sending out mailings
- Running occasional local errands
- Answering calls, emails, and handling day to day communication
- Helping keep the office running smoothly
- Jumping in on other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with G-Suite
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable transportation for errands
- Previous office/admin experience is a plus, but not required
