About the Role
Renpho is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the execution and optimization of customer communication across email and SMS.
This role will ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging throughout the customer journey, from initial engagement through post-purchase and reactivation. Working closely with the DTC team, this role will support key business initiatives by improving how and when we communicate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.), ensuring consistent communication across key customer stages
- Execute weekly email and SMS campaigns aligned with DTC priorities, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal moments
- Develop and apply customer segmentation to improve targeting, personalization, and overall relevance of messaging
- Maintain CRM platform operations, including campaign setup, data quality, and deliverability standards
- Track performance across campaigns and flows, providing insights to support ongoing optimization and testing
- Partner with DTC, Creative, and Web teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within DTC
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Experience building and managing automated lifecycle flows
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic understanding of segmentation, testing, and campaign performance
- Clear written communication skills for North American audiences
