Alphaeon Patient Financing empowers dental, vision, aesthetics, hearing, dermatology, and medical specialty practices to approve more patients, increase revenue, and deliver a better financial experience. As we expand our footprint and launch new capabilities, we’re growing our marketing team with a lifecycle-focused leader who can turn enrolled practices into active, high-usage advocates.
We are seeking a Product & Lifecycle Marketing Manager who blends strategic thinking with exceptional execution. This individual will own the entire provider lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to usage, retention, and long-term engagement.
This role is perfect for a marketer who is equal parts data-driven, customer-obsessed, and product-savvy. You’ll build and optimize journeys, launch product education programs, increase platform usage, and work cross-functionally with Product, BD, Customer Experience, and Creative to deepen provider engagement at scale.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on credit sales, revenue goals, and provider retention.
Lifecycle Strategy & Provider Engagement
- Own the provider lifecycle from onboarding → activation → retention → reactivation.
- Design personalized nurture flows and touchpoints that increase usage and deepen engagement.
- Build automated journeys for new accounts, low-usage practices, newly activated users, and at-risk practices.
- Partner with BD and CX to unify communication across human automated interactions.
- Translate product updates, features, and workflows into easy-to-understand messaging and training content.
- Create launch plans for new product capabilities (messaging, email sets, BD enablement tools, landing pages, social).
- Develop onboarding programs that reduce time-to-first-transaction and increase early activation rates.
- Develop lifecycle emails, in-app messages, training content, and product education materials.
- Build toolkits, guides, scripts, and resources for practices to increase usage and improve financial conversations.
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop assets that support adoption and usage.
- Track activation, usage frequency, churn indicators, and lifecycle health.
- Analyze provider behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Build lifecycle dashboards with BI and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies.
- Work closely with Product to align feature development with provider needs and marketing insights.
- Collaborate with CRM to deploy automated journeys and segmentation strategies.
- Partner with BD to create enablement materials and insights that support outreach and account management.
- Interface with Customer Experience to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle, product marketing, CRM, or customer engagement roles.
- Proven success building automated lifecycle journeys that drive measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, onboarding flows, and customer segmentation.
- Experience collaborating with Product teams and understanding product-led behaviors.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytics skills; comfortable interpreting data and recommending action.
- Experience with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Braze, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or B2B2C environments.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Experience with in-app messaging platforms (Pendo, Intercom, Appcues).
