We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in San Ramon. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative and coordination support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
The ideal candidate has approximately 3 years of HR experience, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries
- Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and HR communications
- Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and support HR projects and initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to support overall employee experience
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-location environment
- HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
