Nature And Scope
- Positively interact with departments and organization to implement tactics as outlined in comprehensive marketing plans.
- Adheres to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction when working with internal and external colleagues.
- Develop and write content to serve department objectives that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including offline, online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
- Coordinate and traffic production jobs, such as video or photos, collateral, advertising and other communications for numerous channels and platforms. Ensures deliverables meet marketing guidelines, brand standards and policies for the web and collateral.
- Compile data, analytics and project milestones to report on success metrics for measuring marketing initiatives.
- Possess independent judgement and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow and meet deadlines and budget targets, while handling a variety of details and follow through on projects with accuracy and timeliness.This position does not provide patient care
