Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s overall marketing and sales efforts by coordinating a variety of marketing projects, communications, processes, and initiatives. This position works closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure marketing materials, communications, digital platforms, and promotional efforts are accurate, timely, and consistent with the company’s brand.
The Marketing Coordinator provides ongoing support for new and existing communities, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, events, and other company projects. The position is responsible for coordinating projects from initial planning through completion and may work with a variety of internal departments, vendors, agencies, and other partners to ensure projects are completed effectively.
Duties
- Marketing Task/Project Tracking
- File and Asset Organization
- Sales Collateral
- Events and Community Launch Support
- Basic Reporting and Admin Support
- Proofread Emails, Flyers and Marketing Materials
- Check website and community pages for outdated information
- Help maintain pricing, promotions, available homes, office hours and agent information
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices to support marketing materials.
- Analyze web analytics reports with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
- Conduct web analytics reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop & Creative Suite), and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of paid search marketing (SEM), paid advertising campaign management, conversion optimization, and web analytics reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
