What You’ll Do
As a Mammography Technologist, you will:
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with ACR and MQSA guidelines
- Partner closely with radiologists and referring physicians during mammographic procedures
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and education throughout the imaging experience
- Apply advanced technical skills to produce the highest quality images for accurate diagnosis
- Maintain proficiency in mammography equipment and imaging technology
- Document procedures and manage workflow using hospital and imaging department systems
- Support additional services within Renown Breast Centers as needed

What You’ll Bring
Education
- Working knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience
- One year of clinical imaging experience preferred
Licensure
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT(R) at time of hire
- ARRT(M) Mammography certification at time of hire
- State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography at time of hire
- State of Nevada Mammography license at time of hire
Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association) within 60 days of hire
Technical Skills
- Ability to operate mammography imaging equipment and hospital computer systems
- Basic computer skills required to complete training, documentation, and online systems
