We’re looking for a strategic Director of Revenue Integrity to champion accuracy, innovation, and performance across our entire health network. 🌟 What You’ll Do
As a key leader within Revenue Cycle, you’ll:
- Drive strategies that ensure accurate, compliant, and optimized revenue capture
- Lead large-scale initiatives that improve performance, reduce denials, and enhance outcomes
- Oversee training teams to build a best-in-class, patient-centered revenue cycle culture
- Partner cross-functionally (HIM, IT, clinical teams) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Use data and metrics to track performance, identify gaps, and fuel continuous improvement
- Optimize systems (including Epic) to maximize operational effectiveness
- Champion transformation—implementing initiatives that create lasting organizational impact
