Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties and greet visitors professionally
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for staff and meetings
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and record keeping
- Handle inbound and outbound phone communications
- Provide excellent customer service and visitor assistance
- Organize and manage correspondence and mail handling
- Support office operations including supply management and meeting coordination
- Assist team members with general office support tasks
