We're growing at RenoVista Construction and looking for a Project Manager who takes real pride in the work — someone who cares about the families they're building for just as much as the finished product.
We're a boutique residential design-build company in Massachusetts. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full renovations. Clients who are investing in the home they love, trusting us to get it right. Five-star reputation built one project at a time.
Here's what the role looks like:
Our owner handles sales. Once a job is signed and scoped, it's yours to run — production planning, scheduling, job costs, field leadership, and the client relationship from pre-construction meeting through final walkthrough.
You'll work alongside our Office Manager, who drives the preconstruction process — selections, ordering, permits, and collections. Your role in preconstruction is to support it: quantity takeoffs, scope review, confirming the production plan is executable. Once it is, the build is yours to run. You two are peers — clean lanes, weekly sync, genuine collaboration.
What we're looking for:
✔ 5 years residential remodeling experience
✔ Comfortable running projects independently from start to finish
✔ Hands-on in the field — this is a builder-manager role
✔ Strong communicator with clients and trades
✔ Familiar with job costing, change orders, and permit processes
✔ Project management software experience (JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar)
What we offer:
$75,000–$100,000 base salary — we hire for the right person at the right level, and compensation reflects that project-based bonus company vehicle ($8–12K annual value) partial health insurance contribution 401(k) 2 weeks PTO after trial period paid holidays Monday–Friday schedule
