Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Knowledge of office management procedures

- Exceptional phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
