About This Position:

The Warehouse Associate – Parcel Fulfillment is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders for Baseboarders. This role supports daily outbound operations and ensures customer orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. 

• Location: Helton Drive, Florence, AL. On-site.


• Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor


• Hourly Wage: $17.00 per hour.


• Shift: 1st shift, M-F. Full-time.

What You’ll Do:

Order Fulfillment

• Pick products accurately according to system instructions.


• Pack orders following defined packaging and quality standards.


• Prepare shipments using approved parcel carriers and shipping systems.


• Meet daily shipping deadlines and SLA requirements.

Quality & Accuracy

• Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment.


• Report damaged product, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.


• Follow SOPs to minimize errors and rework.

Warehouse Support

• Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining clean work areas.


• Support inbound receiving and put-away as needed.


• Flex between tasks based on daily workload and priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


• Basic computer and scanning proficiency.


• Attention to detail and reliability.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.


• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.


• Candidates must be over 18 years old to be considered.
