NOTE: This is a Monday through Friday position. Required start times can slightly vary but will be as early as 5:30AM and as late as 4:00PM. Flexibility is essential to the success of this position and based on the needs of the business. This is a mixture of warehouse work (listed in the post) and delivery driving as needed. Your Responsibilities
Currently hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. Our Warehouse team members play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. - Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
- Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability and insurability to operate a box truck and/or a small flatbed truck for company materials deliveries. (Medical card will be required and can be obtained through the business).
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
- Compute basic math problems.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
- Must obtain a Medical Card for vehicle operation purposes, can be provided with assistance from the business.
