This role involves coordinating field crews, working with internal departments, and maintaining quality control. The Field Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between crews in the field and management, ensuring seamless communication and operational success.

The Field Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between crews in the field and management, ensuring seamless communication and operational success.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challenges
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents
- Ensure proper use and care of any company-provided equipment on assigned job sites
- Coordinate crew scheduling and resource needs to meet project timelines
- Enforce safety standards, and industry regulations on job sites
- Communicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, restoration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality control
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- This is a project-based engagement to support a specific multi-family flooring project in this market; it is not tied to an ongoing company location or office.
