Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Perform carpet cleaning services for residential and multi-family properties
- Handle water extraction and basic mitigation for restoration projects
- Support turnkey operations, including unit turns and project prep
- Operate and maintain equipment such as:
- Carpet cleaning machines
- Water extraction equipment
- Air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.
- Assess job sites and determine appropriate cleaning or mitigation approach
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety guidelines
- Communicate with project managers and team members on job progress
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle (if applicable)
- Represent the company professionally on job sites
- Experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, or water mitigation
- Familiarity with cleaning and extraction equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in occupied and unoccupied units

- Valid Driver's License is required
