Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Enter and maintain job orders in FloorPro with a high degree of accuracy
- Review and input detailed job information including materials, labor, and pricing
- Ensure all cost data is accurate and aligned with project scope and estimates
- Identify and correct discrepancies in order details, pricing, or costing
- Work closely with operations, sales, and project teams to gather and verify job information
- Maintain organized and consistent data across systems
- Support updates and adjustments to orders as projects evolve
- Help ensure clean, accurate data flows into billing and reporting processes
- Experience in high-volume data entry, order processing, or job costing
- Strong attention to detail - you catch what others miss
- Comfortable working in systems/ERPs (experience with FloorPro or similar systems is a plus)
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and work through a high volume of work efficiently
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

- Valid Driver's License is required
