Our advertising agency is seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Marketing & Content Manager for a premier, high-volume powersports dealership in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. This is a "lifestyle brand" role designed for a creator who lives for community engagement, high-end production, and event execution. You will be the voice and vision of a legendary American brand at the local level.
Key Responsibilities
- Multimedia Content Creation: Lead all social media strategy and execution. You must be proficient in shooting and editing high-quality video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Community & Event Programming: Plan, organize, and execute dealership events (e.g., Bike Nights, charity rides, seasonal promotions). You will own the event from concept to "kickstands up."
- Design & Merchandising: Create high-impact flyers, internal marketing materials, and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
- Public Relations: Manage community donation requests and grass-roots engagement to keep the dealership at the center of the local riding community.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and Apple Final Cut Pro for video editing.
- Experience: 3 years in marketing, preferably in automotive, powersports, or high-end retail.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during major event activations.
- Passion: A genuine interest in motorcycle culture or the powersports lifestyle is highly preferred.
