What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric SLP/SLPA - 4-day workweek position at Reno-Tahoe Therapy Group?
Hey Reno!
We’re a warm, clinician-owned pediatric therapy clinic right here in the Reno area, and we’re excited to welcome a fantastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to our close-knit, upbeat team!
You’ll fit right in if you:

- Bring a kind, patient, and playful energy when working with kids
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills
- Love blending evidence-based methods with creative, engaging therapy ideas
- Thrive in a true team environment, working closely with SLPs, OTs, ABA therapists, and others to create those big breakthrough moments
- Want to follow each child’s progress closely and prefer a 4-day work week with no more than 65% direct client care
What we’re looking for:
- SLP: Active Nevada SLP license (or eligibility) with CCCs preferred
- SLPA: Active Nevada SLPA license (or ability to obtain soon)
- A genuine passion for supporting children with autism, developmental delays, or speech/language needs
- An energetic, positive vibe and a talent for making therapy sessions fun and exciting
Our thoughtful hiring process (we hire slowly to get it right):
- Hands-on working interview
- Meet the full team
- One-on-one conversation with the Clinic Director
We take our time because we want someone who clicks perfectly with our supportive, small-team culture.

- Full-time (36–40 hours/week) with part-time or PRN options also available
