- Daily rate for the first 12 months
- Percentage-based compensation up to 35% of net production

- $20,000 at signing and $20,000 at one-year anniversary

- Digital, state-of-the-art pediatric dental office
- Designed for efficiency, comfort, and exceptional patient care
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No weekends
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) Nevada dental license
- Pediatric Dentistry specialty training or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, child-friendly approach
