Job Purpose and Objectives:
Train, guide and supervise Youth Care Staff/Juvenile Correctional Officers to ensure the health and safety of all youth placed in the Youth Services facility. Ensure compliance with all department and county policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred. – or – Some college with one of the following: One (1) year of supervisory experience – or -
- Minimum (2) years experience in residential youth care facility.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements relative to the position.
- Possess a valid Kansas driver’s license.
Salary : $976 - $1,311
