POSITION SUMMARY
50/50 Raffle Sellers engage with fans, support a great cause, and contribute to the Reno Aces Foundation’s impactful charitable efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Actively approach and engage with fans before and during the game to promote and sell 50/50 raffle tickets
- Educate guests about the Foundation and how their participation directly supports charitable initiatives
- Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate sales and proper distribution while adhering to raffle program guidelines
- Answering fan questions and resolving any concerns regarding the raffle
- Collect and reconcile funds at the end of each game
- Maintain a fun, high-energy presence, enhancing the game-day experience
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to interact positively with a large fan base
- Must be detailed and have strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Most work is conducted outside in all weather conditions including cold, wind, rain, and heat
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Some travel required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
