What You'll Do
Depending on the position, you may:
- Operate CNC machines, additive manufacturing equipment, or other production machinery.
- Assemble precision components and finished products.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
- Support material handling, post-processing, packaging, and other production activities.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.
- Record production, quality, and time-tracking information in our ERP system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet quality, delivery, and production goals.
- Participate in training and continuously develop new manufacturing skills.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
- Manufacturing, vocational, or technical training is helpful but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
- Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
