Role Responsibilities of the Team Lead
- Drive in-store sales growth by introducing customers to AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Support team sales performance by helping newer representatives develop confidence during customer interactions
- Assist with onboarding and training efforts by sharing best practices for customer engagement and sales conversations
- Learn how sales performance is tracked, measured, and improved within a growing team environment
- Work alongside leadership to identify opportunities for stronger sales results and improved team performance
- Help maintain a positive, competitive culture focused on accountability, growth, and sales achievement
- Participate in ongoing Team Lead training focused on leadership development, coaching techniques, and sales strategy
- Support team sales objectives while helping create a productive and customer-focused environment
