What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator position at Rennison Construction Inc.?
Rennison Companies, an Eagle, Idaho based real estate development company, is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator / Civil Foreman to join our civil construction division. Rennison Companies develops ground up residential communities and commercial centers primarily located southern Idaho. We are seeking an experienced equipment operator for our local civil projects.
Candidates will be reliable and able to:
· Read and interpret civil and structural construction plans
· Read and transfer grades
· Efficiently operate excavators, loaders, dozers and other equipment (GPS grade control systems experience required)
· Physically complete handwork for installation of civil infrastructure (i.e. pipe, structures and base)
· Regularly lift 50 to 70 pounds
· Work with and collaborate with others in a professional and positive manner

Typical work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with extra hours available. Our construction associates are compensated biweekly with total compensation based on experience.
Experience
· Minimum 5 years civil construction experience
