Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide.
