Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess a valid LPN license
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Versed in interview techniques
- Must possess sensitivity in understanding employees' needs while maintaining a sense of balance to ensure that staffing requirements are met for the facility
