Finishing Service - 2nd Shift

An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

SUMMARY

Keeps production flowing by ensuring that goods are available at the work station, necessary packaging, labels and materials are included with production goods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Ensures that work is available to production workers at start of every shift.
•    Organizes and distributes work and priorities.
•    Keeps work pulled to and from machines.
•    Helps in expediting orders.
•    Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
•    Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner;
•    Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements
•    Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description
 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

•    Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines
•    Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
•    Ability to work in a team or independently

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

•    Basic education in reading, writing & mathematics. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

•    Good communication and human relation skills.
•    Good work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
•    Ability to do medium weight work.
