Position Responsibilities:
- Works in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
- Facilitate, oversee, and coordinate appropriate and continuous aftercare counseling.
- Facilities group therapy.
- Identifying resources needed for continued recovery following discharge.
- Completing progress notes and entering all appropriate aftercare planning interactions, including contact with referring professionals, into the internal database.
- Verifying authorization to communicate with referring professionals or programs with the parent/legal guardian prior to discharge.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology/human services required.
- Master’s degree in Human Services field preferred.
- Experience working with women with eating disorders and discharge planning preferred.
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday
