What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Division Manager position at Renewyx?
Renewyx is partnering with a commercial general contractor to find a Commercial Division Manager to lead and grow its Indianapolis office.
This is a build-the-business role. Youโll run the office hands-on, coaching the project management team and stepping into projects where needed. Youโll also own new business, meeting architects, ownerโs reps and developers and turning those relationships into projects. The financials and forecasting sit with senior leadership, so your time goes to clients and your team.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:
- Lead business development for the Indianapolis market and build the project pipeline
- Coach and mentor the Project Manager, Assistant PM, Project Engineer and Superintendent
- Step into live projects to support delivery, safety and quality
- Lead client presentations and project interviews
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
- A background on the project management track, moving into preconstruction or client-facing business development
- Commercial experience, such as galleries, theaters, community, mixed-use or high-end finishes
- A record of winning new work or growing client accounts

- Projects of $20M or more
- An established Indianapolis network
- Bachelorโs degree
- OSHA 30

- $150,000 to $170,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus
