NOW HIRING – HOME CARE SUPERVISOR
Renewed Care LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Home Care Supervisor to oversee caregiver services and participant care.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and monitor caregivers
- Conduct participant home visits
- Review progress notes and Plan of Care compliance
- Monitor schedules, attendance, and EVV
- Follow up on participant concerns
- Monitor health and safety requirements, including fire drills
- Provide staff coaching and corrective follow-up
- Maintain accurate supervisory documentation
Qualifications:
- Atleast 23years of age
- A bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, recreational therapy or counseling from an acredited univesity and 2yrs of paid field experience providing direct services to the elderly and /disabled persons
- OR A high school diploma or GED from an acredited school and 5years of paid experience providing direct care services to the elderly and/or persons with disabilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable and organized
- Ability to manage staff and participant concerns professionally
- Must meet all agency and applicable state employment requirementsInterested applicants:
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
