NOW HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Renewed Care LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our home care agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily home care operations and office workflow
- Manage client and caregiver scheduling and ensure shifts are properly covered
- Monitor authorized service hours and prevent over-scheduling
- Review EVV records, timesheets, and service documentation
- Assist with billing preparation, claim review, and submission
- Review denied or rejected claims and assist with billing corrections and follow-up
- Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payments
- Reconcile scheduled, worked, billed, and paid service units
- Assist with payroll preparation and verification of employee hours
- Maintain accurate billing and financial records
- Coordinate new client admissions and service start dates
- Monitor staff attendance, call-outs, and schedule changes
- Ensure documentation supports services billed
- Work with HR regarding staffing, onboarding, training, and employee performance
- Address client, caregiver, scheduling, and service concerns
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions
- Provide regular operational reports to the Administrator
Qualifications:
- Experience in home care operations, billing, accounts, or scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with EVV and home care scheduling/billing software preferred
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to review records for accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
