ABOUT RENEWAL OASIS

Renewal Oasis Wellness Center is a new luxury wellness destination in Eden Prairie where science meets serenity. We bring together restorative spa experiences, advanced aesthetics, medical wellness, and evidence-based recovery services in one thoughtfully designed environment.

We are seeking attentive, dependable, and service-oriented Wellness Attendants to help maintain a peaceful, polished, and guest-ready environment throughout our locker rooms, relaxation spaces, and shared wellness areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Wellness Attendant plays an important role in the Renewal Oasis guest experience. You will help guests comfortably navigate our wellness spaces while ensuring that locker rooms, relaxation areas, and guest amenities remain clean, organized, stocked, and ready for use.

This is a hands-on hospitality role for someone who notices the small details, works well independently, and takes pride in maintaining a calm and beautifully presented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Warmly welcome guests into the locker-room and wellness areas

 Help guests understand the layout and appropriate use of the wellness spaces

 Provide robes, towels, slippers, and other guest essentials

 Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked locker rooms

 Refresh and reset relaxation and shared wellness areas throughout the day

 Collect used towels, robes, and linens and place them in designated collection areas

 Replenish toiletries, towels, robes, slippers, and other guest amenities

 Check changing rooms, showers, vanities, and wet areas regularly for cleanliness

 Wipe down and sanitize designated surfaces according to established procedures

 Identify and promptly report spills, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or low supplies

 Respect guest privacy and maintain a discreet, professional presence

 Coordinate with the front desk and manager to support a seamless guest experience

 Assist with opening, closing, and other daily wellness-area responsibilities

Role boundary: This position does not perform clinical care or independently supervise guest safety.

Health, maintenance, or safety concerns should be promptly escalated to the appropriate team member or manager.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 Previous experience in a spa, hotel, fitness center, wellness facility, housekeeping, or hospitality environment preferred

 A warm, courteous, and professional manner

 Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and presentation

 Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow through

 The ability to work independently while remaining connected to the larger team

 Willingness to follow sanitation, wet-area, and workplace-safety procedures

 Respect for guest privacy and personal boundaries

 Availability to work evenings, weekends, and closing shifts as needed

The ideal candidate notices what needs attention without always being asked, responds promptly, and understands that luxury is created through consistency, care, and attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift

 Ability to bend, reach, and perform routine stocking and resetting tasks

 Ability to safely work around locker rooms, showers, and other wet areas

 Ability to move and carry towels, robes, guest supplies, and amenity products
