Duties and Responsibilities

Performing window and door installations according to Mr. Rogers Windows project policies, procedures and installation standards.
Assisting Crew Leader in maintaining a clean and safe job site and a clean, well-organized and fully stocked truck with tools and equipment in good working condition.
Carrying out daily instructions as directed by Crew Leader and Installation Manager.
Adhering to all safety policies and procedure.
Overtime available, but not required.
 

Starting Salary is $20 - $25 per Hour (with growth opportunities). Time and half for overtime. (Bonus program of $800- $1,000 per month)

Must have 1 year carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
Residential replacement window installation experience is helpful.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have reliable transportation to the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake each day.
Ability to use a Metal Brake a plus.
Must be able to read a tape measure and have your own hand tools.
