WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support the Production team with their daily operations.
  • Deliver seamless service and support for our internal partners and vendors.
  • Duties that align with data entry and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial audits on customer contracts
  • Perform Final Audit on all completed jobs.
  • Ensure accuracy for job sheets and timely transition to Accounting Department.
  • Create packets, purchase orders and other materials required for production fulfillment
  • Assist with answering incoming calls, greeting visitors at door and document guest log.
  • Provide back up support to admin staff within Production

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and general computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal skills for effective resolution.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and staff.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred.

Hourly: $21-$23/hr

Full-time: M-F 8:30a to 5p

Salary : $21 - $23
