WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the Production team with their daily operations.
- Deliver seamless service and support for our internal partners and vendors.
- Duties that align with data entry and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial audits on customer contracts
- Perform Final Audit on all completed jobs.
- Ensure accuracy for job sheets and timely transition to Accounting Department.
- Create packets, purchase orders and other materials required for production fulfillment
- Assist with answering incoming calls, greeting visitors at door and document guest log.
- Provide back up support to admin staff within Production
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and general computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal skills for effective resolution.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and staff.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred.
Hourly: $21-$23/hr
Full-time: M-F 8:30a to 5p
Salary : $21 - $23
