Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is seeking an experienced window and door installer to join our teams of elite craftsmen. This will be a full time, W2 position. We offer a base pay, plus bonuses and piece rate - you're in control of your own income!
***Must have at least three years of window installation experience and a valid driver's license to be considered for position.***

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
- Lead and train crew
- Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and clean driving record
- At least THREE years experience installing windows and/or patio doors
- Experience using a metal brake and wrapping windows
- Experience installing inserts, full frames, and interior trim
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Previous foreman or lead experience a major plus
- General tool knowledge
- General knowledge of safety practices
