- Income (On Average): $40,000yr - $60,000yr (Base   Performance Bonus) (Paid Weekly!)

- Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM -OR- 11AM - 7:30PM | Full-Time (At Least 1 Weekend Shift Per Week)

Responsibilities:

- Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries

- Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately

- Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services

- Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience

- At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience

- Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens

- Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute
