What You’ll Do:
- Partner with our Events Manager to plan and execute high-visibility events
- Coordinate all event logistics: venues, vendors, staffing, permits, setup, and technology
- Own the on-site experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally
- Track budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Lead with energy, confidence, and professionalism—especially when representing the brand in public
- Work Tuesday–Saturday, including some evenings to support key events
What You Bring:
- Experience coordinating or supporting events
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Confidence in managing multiple moving pieces under pressure
- A people-first mindset—you’re as good with a homeowner as you are with a vendor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve used event or CRM software
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in event marketing or lead generation
- Understanding of budget tracking or vendor negotiations
- Familiarity with AV equipment or promotional strategies
- A proven drive to meet and exceed KPIs
