As a Design Consultant for Mr. Rogers Windows you can:
Earn $125,000-$250,000 with leads supplied
Earn monthly bonuses
Participate in company 401k and profit sharing plans

As a Design Consultant you will:
Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners
Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacements products
Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale
Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads
Qualifications :
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
Previous sales experience
Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
Strong focus on exceeding customers' expectations
Comfortable working on straight commission
Valid Virginia Driver's License and reliable transportation
