What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
- Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
- Conduct investigations and assist with corrective action processes
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of employee relations, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple locations or states preferred
- HRIS experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
